For the purpose of accountability--and maybe luring my family down south for the holiday next weekend:-)
Monday: baked salmon, seasoned rice, green beans (my Dad's favorite), and fresh-sliced tomatoes(like my mamaw used to make!)
Tuesday: lasagna, green salad, italian bread(this is grocery shopping day; need to do something super-make-ahead-easy)
Wednesday: tacos, homemade salsa and guacamole
Thursday:chicken piccata(new recipe!), noodles, Bob and Larry Salad(with fresh basil)
Friday:Subs Mom's Way, cut-up veggies, and chips(Zapp's!)
Saturday:BBQ ANYTHING THAT ISN'T MOVING, corn on cob on the grill, oven fries, hmmm....something green to be determined, homemade ice cream if i get ambitious
Sunday: most challenging day of the week; we will have cinnamon rolls and fruit for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, and Layered Fiesta Casserole for dinner.
